Partnership with SENAI for the development of course classes in face-to-face mode, the same pedagogical environments and equipment that exist for regulated courses in the same technological area must be used.


To participate in the distance learning course, you must have access to a computer and the internet. For the development of course activities in the distance modality, means and information and communication technologies and didactic materials made available in the Virtual Learning Environment of SENAI-SP must be used.


Candidates for the course must exercise or have carried out activities related to customer service, have completed the 9th grade of Elementary School and be at least 16 years old.

The main objective of the program is to develop skills that allow the student to provide customer service in person, over the phone and in writing, following guidelines or procedures and ethical standards appropriate to the

work environment.
