INTRODUCTION:


Ethics concerns human behavior and is an intrinsic part of the very process of civilization development, which guides each human being in his decision about what is good and correct for himself and for his life in relation to his fellow men.

 

Personal ethics and business/professional ethics are inseparable. The adoption of ethical principles and conduct by the company reflects its principles and values and guides not only the content of decisions, but also its respective decision-making process.

 

While each person has their own set of values, they must be consistent with our organization's values. In this sense, the adoption of common ethical principles and conduct is essential for our organization and its employees to act in an honest and consistent manner in conducting their relationships with our customers, internal and external public.

COMPANY ASSETS

USE OF DRUGS, ALCOHOL AND CARRYING WEAPONS

SUPPLIERS

RELATIONS WITH PUBLIC AUTHORITIES

Concilig and its partners, members of the various bodies and/or committees and collaborators will conduct their actions before any spheres of the Public Power, and in particular before the Judiciary, in accordance with the following principles:

ETHICS COMMITTEE

The management and control of the application of this Code of Ethics is the responsibility of the Ethics Committee, appointed by Concilig's Board of Directors, which has the following tasks:

APPLICATION OF THE CODE OF ETHICS

CODE OF CONDUCT
